    Invigorate your practice and your intention for 2016 with this 90 minute intense session. We will go deep into the postures and have fun with new tricks. Working with hips, twists and inversions to prepare for the year ahead!

    All levels welcome. The class will be held in English.

      You know, I'm one of those persons, who hate sports. I'm not lazy or big, I just hate the pain it usually brings. I don't like that feeling when you're completing a jog from the last powers, when your muscles trembling, sweat dropping, etc. But I really needed to find some sport activities to be healthy and look good. And I found the solution - yoga! It's calming, it's stretching, it affects like a massage to me! I would recommend yoga to everyone, who hates ordinary sport, as me)
