A dynamic system of various poses with
the objective of connecting your movements and your breathing. During the
Vinyasa lesson we practice different breathing techniques (Pranayama),
classical poses (Asanas) and learn how to merge breathing with movements. The
dynamic sequences create warmth and emphasize on endurance, flexibility,
strength and concentration. The sequences are often arranged around the
well-known sun salutations.
VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow is a physical, dynamic and
intensive style of yoga, flowing between the different Asanas. As in classical
Vinyasa we practice different breathing techniques (Pranayama), classical poses
(Asanas) learning how to merge breathing with movements. The arrangement of
sequences is mostly built around the sun salutations. Compared to regular
Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow is even more dynamic and creates a maximum of warmth and
emphasize on endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration.
