Recycled PET: Newlife is a seal of quality for high-performance polyester yarn. The raw material for this polyester yarn is made of recycled PET bottles. Luckily we can make an active contribution to sustainable textile production and support protecting the environment. Since the yarn is already dyed during the spinning process, we can save up to 10 litres of water each kilogram of yarn, comparing traditional dyers processes. The material from this yarn feels very soft and light. And in addition by its comfort and breathability, it satisfies the demands of high sports fashion and is increasingly used in the medical field. The fabric gained from recycled PET bottles is antibacterial and is ideal for allergic persons, feels like cotton and protects the skin from the sun and ultraviolet rays. Clothes made from this material absorb sweat and release it again. The shirt remains dry and does not get wet in comparison to conventional cotton.
